CRLS

CRLS is located next to the main branch of the Cambridge Public Library just a few blocks from Harvard University. A walking bridge connects the Rindge Building with the Arts Building where the auditorium and art, music, and drama departments are located. The school buildings were renovated in the mid 197o’s when two high schools in Cambridge were merged. The Rindge
School of Technical Arts (RSTA), located within CRLS, was renovated in 2001, and features state-of-the-art facilities, including a new media lab.

ATHLETICS

The CRLS athletic facilities are shared with the city – War Memorial Pool and the Frisoli Field House and tennis courts are open to city residents when not in use by the high school. Athletic fields are located in North Cambridge at Danehy Park and Russell Field which opened in 2005 with a new football field, lights and field house. The golf team practices at the Thomas P. O'Neill, Jr. Municipal Golf Course at Fresh Pond and the crew team uses the Cambridge Boat House.

THE ARTS

Cambridge Rindge and Latin School has exceptional facilities to support the arts on campus. In addition to a beautiful theater for performances, there are numerous studios, labs and practice rooms throughout the buildings.
