Tours
I give tours on Tuesdays starting at 8:30am by appointment only. We meet in my office, I distribute printed information about CRLS, and the tour lasts 30-40 minutes. Prospective students can also shadow a CRLS student for a half day in the morning or a full day. Arrangements are made through me with the appropriate Dean of students. A CRLS School Visit Form must be signed by the student’s parent and principal and brought to the high school on the day of the visit.
Parent Activities
Current CRLS parents should check the list of Parent Committees.
School-wide events include Parent-Teacher Conferences in October and March. School-wide Parent Forums are scheduled throughout the year.
Parking is available in the CRLS garage on Ellery St. The meeting agendas are based on topics of current interest/importance to the CRLS community, and 7th and 8th grade parents are also invited to attend.
Meetings of the CRLS School Council, which is comprised of elected parent representatives, staff members, students and community members, usually take place on the 3rd or 4th Tuesday of each month from 6:00-8:00pm in the conference room next to the main office. The meetings are open to the public and interested parents and community members are encouraged to attend.
There will also be Parent Workshops throughout the year focusing on various aspects of parenting teenagers.
