How Haggerty Kids can Help the People of Haiti

The country of Haiti will need our help for a long time, and as a school, we will have to continue raising money and gathering supplies for many, many months to come! We are just beginning to plan the ways in which we can help Haiti, but to start,
each of our classrooms has a "collection can," created by our sixth graders. All students can donate their pennies, nickels, and dimes to our "Change for Haiti" fund, and every month we will combine our collection cans to make a donation in the name of the Haggerty School.

Hey Haggerty Kids! A great way for us to help the people of Haiti right now is to do good work on Free Rice. The World Food Program is currently helping provide them with food after their country's disaster.
